Office Visits & Appointments
To Visit Our Office
To plan visits to our office please call in advance for an appointment. We will ask that you arrive 10 minutes early to fill out a client information form and a health questionnaire for your pet. Upon completion, please return the forms to the customer care representative. Shortly a nursing staff member will come to escort you to an examination room where the veterinarian will examine your pet and determine the appropriate treatment for any illness or will administer any healthy pet wellness vaccinations and tests needed. When your visit is complete, the nurse will escort you back to the front desk for check out.
how to find us
Emergency Visits
During emergency hours please call ahead to determine the state of your emergency. This allows our doctors and staff time to plan and prepare for your pet. During regular office hours you will follow the normal visit procedure except your pet will be immediately seen. During After Hours Emergency hours our doors are locked for staff security so we will have to buzz you in. That is why it is important that you call in advance so we will know you are on your way. The nursing staff will explain the fees and deposit requirements when you call.

Phone Calls
We are more than happy to take your calls and make every effort to return calls in a timely manner. Routinely our customer care staff will take a message and post it for the appropriate veterinarian. Our doctors are scheduled set times during their day to return calls. The front office staff will inform you of the times. Medication refills must be approved by your pet's doctor. Please call at least 2 days in advance to have medications refilled.
