Reidsville Veterinary Hospital is participating in two studies. The first is a clinical study for a new wound treatment medication in dogs. We are now enrolling dogs for the study. Dogs with recent open or traumatic wounds, no more than 3 days old, may be eligible to participate in the study. The study will last approximately 2 to 3 weeks, and will require a minimum 5 to 6 study visits for follow-up evaluations and wound care. Costs for all visits and associated wound care will be covered by the study.
The second study we are participating in is a clinical study for inappetence in dogs. If your dog has had a decrease appetite or no appetite for at least 2 days, he/she may be eligible.
Please contact Reidsville Veterinary Hospital at 336-349-3194 for more information on either study.
